Customs clearance procedures in Germany are considered simple and easy. No customs duties are imposed in Germany on personal shipments whose value does not exceed 20 euros. Customs duties are imposed on invoices with a value of more than 20 euros, with a tax of 19% of the value of the invoice attached to the shipment.

The orders that we receive and clear customs are distributed from Türkiye to Europe

After the goods arrive from Turkey and are cleared through customs, they are unloaded in one of our warehouses (Hamburg - Munich - Magdeburg - Essen - Frankfurt - Hannover - Dortmund - Berlin). These warehouses are in service throughout the year.
